I’m Alex, a 31years old french guy. So, i play cajon on-and-off for several years now but as a self-taught man and missing practice regularity. I played guitar first, but i enjoy too much cajon now !!! I’m glad to find you Felipe and this website which boost my motivation coming back seriously to cajon !! You offer us an awsome content thank you very much !!
(PS : Si des français débutants ont besoin d’aide, faut pas hésiter !! Je suis dispo pour partager mes connaissances/compétences en musique/rythme/cajon et jsuis plutôt à l’aise avec l’anglais.)

I’m sure you’ll find motivation and good contents on Felipe’s website. The best routine for cajon seems to be one half hour a day but I didn’t play since the birth of my daughter last month… Pourtant, ça revient vite 😉
